SWARIT joined BRAIN WAVES in the second half of Std 9. From the day he joined, he was sincere and pretty enthusiastic about studying. SWARIT adapted to the atmosphere of BRAIN WAVES as a fish to water. SWARIT has a calm disposition. SWARIT’S conscientiousness ensured his punctuality and regularity. I observed that he improved by leaps and bounds with regards to comprehending the concepts, enjoying studies, studying regularly and embracing discipline. At times efficiency was affected owing to muddled thinking, which led SWARIT to lose his purpose. If SWARIT overcomes this challenge, he will surpass himself beyond anyone's wildest imagination.

SWARIT’S MOM is the quintessential Indian Mom, ever smiling & gifted with a pleasing personality. She is objectively observant - appreciative of SWARIT’S tiniest achievements & understanding of his tiniest problems - making her his valuable support. In every interaction I found her to be open to ideas, appreciative of SWARIT’S efforts & our programme.

SWARIT’S DAD, a cop, disciplined to the core, has been supportive in a way not expected of such perfectionist, disciplined, personnel belonging to the forces. Police officers are men of action, quick decision makers & impatient for quick results from their subordinates. This affects their parenting. But SWARIT’S DAD never overtly imposed his ideas on SWARIT, rather covertly did it by bonding with him, "man-to-man" accompanying him on long bicycle rides and having heart to heart supportive talks with him. I'm aware that a Police Officer’s job, takes a toll on the best of men, depriving them of fulfilling their role towards their family to the fullest. Hence I found it refreshing to observe his studied approach in guiding SWARIT.

SWARIT is truly blessed to have such a powerful support system, to navigate through the inevitable trials and tribulations of life
